Banquet Server/Cook - The Lismore
Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive server/cook who can provide our guests with a great experience at special events. Responsibilities
- Offer an outstanding guest experience from the beginning to the end of each banquet event
- Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have
- Assist with serving drinks by, carrying coffee pots, water pitchers throughout the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as needed
- Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards
- Deliver and serve appetizers, main courses, condiments, desserts, and other side dishes, as well as drinks to guests
Qualifications
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
- Experience working in food service is preferred
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members
Compensation
$14/hour
