• Collaborate with the banquet team to execute seamless event transitions, maintaining a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition.
• Assist in the breakdown and storage of event setups, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any setup changes or challenges promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Experience in event setup or hospitality roles, showcasing your ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring the safe and efficient setup of banquet spaces.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the events team and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and organization in high-traffic areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
• Attention to detail in following event specifications, ensuring every setup aligns with guests' visions.
• Ability to work flexible hours (open availability), including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our dynamic event schedule.
• Experience in inventory management, helping to maintain adequate supplies for seamless event operations.
