• Transport and dismantle tables, chairs, and all other furnishings according to event specifications.
• Ensure all banquet and conference rooms are clean and functional before and after events.
• Maintain an inventory of various supplies carefully to prevent loss or damage.
• Respond promptly to requests from event coordinators and attendees.
• Install and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment.
• Support team members from other departments to ensure all hotel operations run efficiently.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverage service as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Flexible schedule – must be available to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with working outdoors in adverse conditions, if needed.
• Ability to resolve minor technical issues with AV and office equipment; preferred but not required.
• Experience in a similar role (e., Customer service, Catering, etc.) preferred but not required.
