What You’ll Do

• Lead banquet service from set-up through execution and breakdown
• Serve as the on-site leader during events, ensuring smooth and professional service
• Direct and support banquet staff, maintaining strong communication and flow
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests during events
• Ensure event spaces are set according to BEOs and hotel standards
• Partner with culinary and operations teams to execute events seamlessly
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
