• Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly and meet expectations.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring all equipment and decor align with event specifications.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, addressing any issues promptly to uphold our standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Manage inventory and supplies for events, ensuring all necessary items are available and accounted for.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless event operations and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in leading and managing a team in a hospitality or event setting.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
