What You'll Do

• Set up and break down bars for weddings, meetings, receptions, and other events.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide excellent guest service while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

• Follow all state and company guidelines regarding alcohol service.

• Verify guest age and identification when required.

• Monitor alcohol consumption and communicate with management regarding any concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each event.

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and event charges accurately when required.

• Work closely with the banquet and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth events.

• Assist with other banquet duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Previous bartending or food & beverage experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies as needed.

• Must meet all applicable requirements for alcohol service, including having or being able to obtain an ABC serving card.
