• Review title documents and assist with title-related matters in commercial lending transactions.

• Review and analyze borrower organizational documents, including corporate and entity formation records.

• Organize, maintain, and review closing files to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Assist the attorney with coordinating and preparing commercial lending transactions for closing.

• Communicate with attorneys and other parties as needed to facilitate the timely completion of transactions.

• 3+ years of prior experience, preferably in commercial lending, real estate, or transactional law in a law firm or Bank setting.

• Experience reviewing title documents and borrower organizational documents.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
