With diagnostic complexity at an all-time high across Asian, Domestic, and European platforms, Toledo Tire & Auto Care is adding a Master Technician to our Westgate location. We are a Monday through Friday shop - no weekends, no exceptions. Weekly pay, with a base hourly rate covering every hour you work and a flat rate that kicks in once you cross 40 produced hours in a pay week.

This is a role for a technician who has earned their level and wants to work in an environment that reflects that. You will have access to modern diagnostic equipment, a team that carries their own weight, and a shop that does not pressure anyone to recommend work that does not need to be done. If your current shop is burying you under every nightmare diagnostic that walks through the door without the pay structure or the support to back it up, this is worth a five-minute conversation.

Earning potential runs $80,000 to $120,000 annually for a consistent producer at this level. High producers push past that. Medical Mutual SuperMed Plus health insurance. You will perform advanced diagnostics across a broad range of Asian, Domestic, and European vehicles, including full computer control, engine management, module programming, airbag systems, and ADAS work. You will complete a full range of automotive repairs, including brakes, suspension, steering, engine repair, and heating and air conditioning. You will perform Digital Vehicle Inspections, communicate findings clearly to the service team, and complete jobs from start to finish with accurate documentation of concern, cause, and correction. You will contribute to the diagnostic development of the team around you and hold yourself to a standard of professionalism and accountability that reflects your level.

TAC Level 4 or equivalent master technician experience is required. You have demonstrated diagnostic capability across multiple systems and can take on complex, multi-system faults independently. ASE certifications are strongly preferred. You own a professional tool set, and you show up ready to produce. You communicate clearly, write jobs up cleanly, and operate without drama.
