We are seeking an energetic and strategic General Manager to lead and elevate our automotive styling center and residential/commercial window tinting operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the business, from sales and customer service to operational efficiency and financial performance. Duties

• Lead and manage the entire store, including sales, service, inventory, and administrative functions

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction

• Oversee profit & loss statements, financial management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure sustainable growth

• Manage team recruitment, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and skilled workforce

• Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures using lean management principles to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and prevent recurrence

• Create weekly objectives and offers to drive traffic

• Create/revise standard operating procedures as needed

• Ensure compliance with existing fleet contracts, coordinate project management efforts for facility upgrades, marketing campaigns, and new business opportunities

• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by ensuring high standards across all departments

• Manage leads across multiple sources and have a system for regular follow-up

• Conduct brief daily meetings to keep staff informed, focused, and motivated

Skills

• Strong business acumen

• Proven management experience within the automotive or related retail industry with a focus on team leadership and operational oversight

• Product and service familiarity with window tint, ceramic coating, detailing, paint protection film, audio, and vehicle accessories strongly preferred

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Strategic management capabilities to develop long-term growth plans aligned with market trends

• Exceptional managerial communication skills for effective team development and stakeholder engagement

• Deep understanding of sales strategies, customer service excellence, and operational management practices

• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on process improvement and lean management principles

• Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in team settings

• Ability to manage profit & loss statements effectively while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction
