Compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ based on experience and performance

Euromotive Performance is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our European automotive repair facility in Pompano Beach.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for a proven automotive Service Advisor who understands how to manage the complete customer experience—from the initial appointment through vehicle delivery—and can confidently coordinate customers, technicians, estimates, parts, approvals, workflow, and follow-up.

We specialize in European vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover/Range Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, MINI, Volkswagen, Volvo, Maserati, McLaren, and other European makes.

The right candidate takes ownership of the position.

You should not need to be reminded to call a customer, follow up on an estimate, check on a part, review technician recommendations, or determine why a vehicle has not progressed through the shop.

As a Service Advisor, you will manage the customer and repair-order process from beginning to end.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments and greeting customers

• Accurately documenting customer concerns

• Opening and managing repair orders

• Reviewing technician inspections and diagnostic findings

• Preparing accurate repair and maintenance estimates

• Presenting recommendations and obtaining customer authorization

• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

• Coordinating workflow between customers and technicians

• Monitoring vehicles throughout the repair process

• Sourcing and verifying correct parts when necessary

• Reviewing completed repairs before vehicle delivery

• Processing invoices and customer payments

• Following up on declined work and previously recommended services

• Maintaining complete and accurate repair-order documentation

• Helping maintain an efficient and productive shop workflow

• Building long-term relationships with our customers

Required

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of recent Automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer experience

• Experience in a professional independent repair facility or dealership

• Strong automotive mechanical knowledge

• Understanding of automotive repair procedures, maintenance schedules, labor operations, and diagnostic recommendations

• Experience creating repair orders, estimates, parts and labor quotes, customer authorizations, and invoices

• Experience using automotive shop-management software

• Strong telephone, text, email, and face-to-face communication skills

• Proven ability to professionally present and sell automotive repairs and maintenance

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent follow-up habits

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable and punctual work history

Strongly Preferred

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Previous experience working with European vehicles

• Experience in an independent European specialty repair facility

• Experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover/Range Rover, Bentley, or similar brands

• Experience with Tekmetric

• Familiarity with digital vehicle inspections

• Experience using OEM or aftermarket electronic parts catalogs

• Familiarity with factory service information, labor guides, maintenance schedules, TSBs, wiring diagrams, and repair procedures
