Our growing dealership seeks an automotive Business Development Specialist ready to hit the ground running to generate appointments and sales from our diverse lead sources. We need a naturally aspirated personality who has a strong work ethic and exemplary customer service skills to generate business opportunities via phone calls, emails, and texts. You’ll work with the team to generate appointments, conduct successful follow-ups to prospective customers, and assist with all aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • BDC Agent ensures lead handling is prompt, precise, and detailed.
  • BDC Agent ensures that all tasks are completed and assists Sales Staff in promptly completing all required daily tasks and following established processes.
  • BDC Agent is also encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions to assist the Sales Department in improving processes and increasing overall sales. BDC Agent will also be tasked to assist the Sales Dept in achieving the monthly objectives.
  • BDC Agent is required to actively participate in all sales activities, meetings, and trainings, and work closely with all sales staff.
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Exemplary leadership, organizational, financial, computer proficiency, sales process and management, and interpersonal communications skills are necessary
  • Requires expert working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations on auto sales and the automotive industry, overall
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required - highly qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree or some college
  • At least five years of experience working at a car dealership with one or more years as a sales department manager or other management position is preferred
Compensation
$54,000 - $80,000 yearly
