The Role
You'll work with buyers who already want a Tesla. They found a car in our online listings and reached out. Your job is to answer fast, get them behind the wheel, and hand them the keys.

Respond to inbound leads: calls, texts, and web inquiries from shoppers on our listings
Run test drives and walk buyers through the car: Autopilot, charging, range, the screen
Work the deal start to finish: trade-in, paperwork, delivery

Compensation & Schedule

Typical pay: $5,000 – $8,000 per month. Commission, upside. You get paid on every car you sell and every warranty you add. Close more, make more. Full breakdown at the interview.
Full-time, 10 am–6 pm. Saturdays included, one weekday off, closed Sundays.

Responsibilities

Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings
Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department
Present potential customers with used car options while specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience
Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

High energy. You like talking to people, and it shows.
Self-motivated. Nobody has to tell you to pick up the phone.
Competitive. You want to know where you rank, and you want to be first.
Sales experience is a plus (car sales, retail, phones, anything on commission) but not required. We'll train you on the product and the process.
Tesla knowledge is a plus, not required. You'll learn these cars inside and out.
Reliable and on time, with a valid driver's license (you'll be running test drives).
Available Saturdays.

Compensation

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly
