AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for a dependable and motivated Auto Glass Technician Trainee to join our growing team.

No previous auto glass experience is required. We provide hands-on training and teach you the skills you need to succeed.

You’ll work alongside experienced auto glass technicians while learning professional windshield repair, windshield replacement, and other automotive glass services. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and is willing to learn.

As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you’ll learn and assist with a variety of automotive glass services, including:

• Learn professional windshield repair procedures

• Assist with windshield repair and replacement services

• Learn proper windshield removal and installation techniques

• Inspect windshields and vehicle glass for damage

• Prepare vehicles for auto glass services

• Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

• Follow established repair procedures and safety guidelines

• Protect and prepare vehicles before and after service

• Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas

• Complete basic digital paperwork and service documentation

• Provide professional and courteous customer service

• Work alongside experienced technicians and team members

• Develop the skills necessary to advance into a professional Auto Glass Technician position

You do not need previous auto glass experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
