• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of auto body parts.
• Maintain an organized inventory system to streamline parts retrieval and restocking.
• Assist in the inspection of incoming parts for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with the repair team to prioritize parts allocation based on project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any parts-related issues promptly.
• Support the parts manager in tracking and reporting inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Facilitate the return process for defective or incorrect parts, ensuring swift resolution with suppliers.

• Must be able to lift and move up to 35 pounds
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
