We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager who shares that commitment.
As a Community Association Manager, you will serve as a trusted management partner to the Boards and communities assigned to your portfolio. You will provide professional leadership, operational oversight, financial coordination, and responsive communication while helping Boards effectively carry out their responsibilities and achieve the goals of their communities. Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $70,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.

Serve as the primary management liaison and trusted resource for assigned Boards of Directors.
Prepare for and attend scheduled Board, annual, and special meetings in accordance with management agreements.
Conduct routine community inspections and oversee follow-up on maintenance, compliance, and operational matters.
Manage vendor relationships, including obtaining proposals, coordinating contracts, monitoring performance, and assisting Boards with vendor decisions.
Partner with accounting staff in the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing financial oversight.
Review and approve invoices, monitor expenditures against approved budgets, and ensure appropriate authorization and coding.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with Board members, homeowners, residents, vendors, and other community partners.
Coordinate architectural review processes and maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and related correspondence.
Administer community compliance procedures in accordance with governing documents, established policies, and applicable requirements.
Maintain accurate community records and utilize CPVA's technology platforms to promote transparency, efficiency, and responsive service.
Identify community needs proactively and work collaboratively with Boards and CPVA's internal support teams to develop practical solutions.
Deliver management services in accordance with each association's governing documents, management agreement, and CPVA's professional standards.
Minimum of two years of community associationmanagement experience and a strong understanding of HOA and condominium operations.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
CMCA and AMS are strongly valued. Candidates who are actively pursuing industry credentials are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and the confidence to work effectively with Boards, homeowners, vendors, and colleagues. Experience with Vantaca or similar community association management software is preferred.
Compensation
