Role Specifics: AMFT, ASW, APCC - Fully Remote Flexible scheduling Focus on fostering a supportive work environment

Qualifications: Must possess a valid CA license to practice as an associate therapist (ASW, AMFT, APCC).

• Immediate positions available.
• Attend weekly supervision sessions.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Engage in weekly training sessions during the initial 4-6 weeks of joining the company.
• Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and families through measures, interviews, observations, and discussions.
• Contribute to the creation, execution, and evaluation of therapeutic treatment plans for each client.
• Ensure accurate and detailed client records are maintained, meeting facility and licensing requirements.
• Offer mental health services to families, individuals, and children using solution-focused therapy techniques to enhance relationships.

• The candidate must have previous experience conducting therapy sessions in a clinical environment.
• Possession of an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in California is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
