You're Not Just Looking for Supervision. You're Looking for a Place to Grow.

At Find Your Balance, Center for Growth & Change, we believe becoming a licensed therapist should be about more than completing hours.

It should be about becoming the kind of clinician clients seek out, colleagues trust, and communities value.

Our mission is to help associate therapists develop exceptional clinical skills while gaining the confidence, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to build a fulfilling and sustainable career.

We believe in investing in our clinicians through meaningful supervision, consistent support, professional accountability, and opportunities for growth.

If you're looking for a place to simply collect hours, we may not be the right fit.

If you're looking for a team that will challenge you, support you, and invest in your future, we'd love to meet you.

Why Choose Find Your Balance?

Most group practices provide supervision. Some provide referrals. We believe your professional development should go much further.

Build Your Professional Identity

Graduate school teaches you how to provide therapy. We help you build a career.

As part of our team, you'll gain exposure to:

  • Ethical therapist marketing and professional branding
  • Building your professional presence
  • Community outreach and educational opportunities
  • Referral development and professional networking
  • Identifying and developing your clinical specialties

Our goal is that by the time you're licensed, you'll have built more than experience—you'll have established yourself as a confident professional.

Our Investment in You

We believe great clinicians deserve great support.

When you join our team, you'll receive:

  • Weekly individual clinical supervision toward California licensure
  • Consistent referrals to support caseload development
  • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and credentialing
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced supervisors and clinicians
  • Guidance in developing your professional identity
  • Exposure to private practice operations and career development
  • A collaborative team culture that values learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Opportunities to grow within the organization as experience, performance, and organizational needs align

We remove as many administrative barriers as possible so you can focus your energy where it matters most—providing excellent care to clients.

Caseload & Accountability Expectations

At Find Your Balance, accountability is part of how we support both our clinicians and clients.

Clear expectations help ensure clients receive consistent care while giving clinicians the structure and support needed to build a successful practice.

Associate therapists are expected to:

  • Build toward and maintain an average caseload of 20 completed clinical sessions per week (40 sessions per pay period)
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 available appointment openings each week to support referrals, client rescheduling, insurance issues, and continuity of care
  • Provide a consistent weekly schedule that supports ongoing treatment
  • Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours
  • Communicate proactively regarding schedule changes, availability, and planned time off
  • Engage fully in supervision, coaching, and performance feedback

We recognize that building a caseload takes time. New clinicians receive referrals, mentorship, and ongoing support as they grow into these expectations.

What Success Looks Like

The clinicians who thrive on our team are those who combine clinical excellence with professionalism and accountability.

Successful clinicians:

  • Build strong therapeutic relationships
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
  • Maintain reliable schedules and consistent client availability
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Take ownership of their caseload and professional responsibilities
  • Welcome feedback and use supervision to strengthen their clinical skills
  • Communicate proactively with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and accountable culture
  • Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and continuous improvement

We promise to provide the support, systems, mentorship, and resources you need to succeed. In return, we ask for professionalism, accountability, ownership, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
