As an Associate Financial Planner, you'll learn how to acquire clients, deliver comprehensive financial planning strategies, and build your own book of business while developing the leadership skills necessary to advance within the firm. This is a sales-focused, performance-driven role with defined KPIs, structured mentorship, and a clear path to leadership.
You'll receive licensing sponsorship, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development while gaining experience in retirement planning, investment management, insurance, and comprehensive wealth management.

Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Execute a weekly client acquisition plan through prospecting, networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct financial planning consultations and present personalized recommendations
- Develop long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Sales & Performance
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to prospecting, appointments, production, and revenue
- Track activity, pipeline progression, and sales performance metrics
- Consistently work toward production goals while delivering an exceptional client experience
Financial Planning
- Learn and implement comprehensive financial planning strategies
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment planning, insurance, risk management, and wealth-building strategies
- Develop a strong understanding of financial products, planning concepts, and regulatory requirements
Leadership Development
- Progress through the LCElite Sales & Leadership Fast-Track toward leadership responsibilities
- Participate in coaching, leadership development, and professional selling skills training
- Learn recruiting, mentoring, and team development as you advance within the program
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, athletics, leadership roles, ventureship, or campus organizations is a plus

Requirements
- Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 (sponsorship provided)

Compensation
$45,000 - $85,000/year
