The probate firm has an immediate opening for a full-time or part-time associate attorney. We’re looking for the right professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn from probate specialists and provide legal counsel to existing clients. You’ll be responsible for transactional work in estate planning, estate and trust administration, legal research, as well as litigation, which would include law and motion, discovery, court appearances, preparing for and trying cases, keeping client files up to date, and advising clients.
