• Represent clients in industrial insurance litigation cases, ensuring their best interests are advocated in every proceeding.

• Collaborate to develop case strategies, leveraging their expertise to enhance your legal acumen.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.

• Engage in direct client communication, providing updates, gathering information, and building strong, trust-based relationships.

• Participate actively in courtroom proceedings, gaining hands-on experience and honing your litigation skills.

• Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions, sharing insights and learning from experienced colleagues to drive case success forward but also be able to work independently.

• Must be able to use the electronic billing program Clio as well as the case management system, Filevine.

• Meet and exceed monthly billing requirements.

• Experience in industrial insurance litigation, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis, supporting case preparation and courtroom presentations.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Strong communication skills to engage directly with clients, providing updates and building trust-based relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to case strategies and team success.
• Commitment to integrity, forward-thinking, and a passion for the law, aligning with our firm's core values.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• Must live in the Southern Nevada area, as this is an in-office position.
