Mid-Level Georgia Family Law Attorney
3+ Years of Georgia Family Law Experience
Attorney Sharon Jackson, LLC | Lawrenceville, Georgia
Are you an experienced Georgia family law attorney who is ready to take the next step in your career?
Attorney Sharon Jackson, LLC is seeking a mid-level Family Law Attorney with at least three years of substantive Georgia family law experience to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level attorney position.
We are looking for an attorney who already understands the fundamentals of practicing family law in Georgia and is comfortable taking ownership of cases, advising clients, developing case strategy, negotiating resolutions, participating in mediation, and appearing in court.
At the same time, we are not looking for someone who believes that being experienced means there is nothing left to learn. Our ideal attorney is confident but coachable, independent but collaborative, and interested in becoming an even stronger family law attorney.
Who We Are
Attorney Sharon Jackson, LLC is a Georgia family law firm based in Lawrenceville and serving clients throughout Metro Atlanta. Our attorneys work remotely throughout the metro area.
We do family law.
Our attorneys represent clients in matters involving:
Divorce, military divorce, business owner divorce, high-asset divorce, working families divorce
Child custody and parenting time
Child support
Legitimation and paternity
Fathers' and mothers' rights
Contempt and enforcement
Post-divorce and custody modifications
Alimony and property division
Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
Protective orders
Adoption and other family law matters
Clients are often parents, professionals, homeowners, and business owners facing legal problems that can significantly affect their children, finances, businesses, homes, and futures.
They need attorneys who understand both the law and the seriousness of what is at stake.
The Attorney We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can step into an active family law practice and contribute from the beginning.
You should already know how to analyze a family law case, identify the important legal and factual issues, communicate realistically with clients, prepare for hearings and mediation, and move a case toward resolution.
You do not need to know everything.
But you should have enough Georgia family law experience that you are no longer learning how to be a lawyer from the ground up.
The right candidate knows when to make a decision independently—and when a difficult or unusual issue should be discussed with the team.
Why Join Attorney Sharon Jackson, LLC?
This position is designed for an attorney who wants more than simply a place to carry a caseload. You will join a firm focused on family law, with an established team and a broad range of cases throughout Metro Atlanta.
You will have meaningful responsibility for your cases while working within a team environment where collaboration and continued professional development are expected. Our team members are close, have a sense of humor, and all have one thing in common - we care about our clients and see them as more than just a billable hour. We love to fight for those who can't fight for themselves, and we love to win.
Our goal is to give talented attorneys the opportunity to practice law at a high level, develop professionally, and build a long-term career in Georgia family law.
Seeking a work family and not just a law firm? Apply today.
