• A compassionate, zealous but ethical, tech-forward lawyer who enjoys both litigation (hearings, trials, depositions) and negotiation (settlement and mediation agreements)
• Detail-oriented, friendly, trustworthy, not easily overwhelmed, and thrive with checklists and procedures (did we mention organized?)
• Experienced with managing a workload and prioritizing time-sensitive tasks

• Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed
• Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
• Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
