Luther Lanard PC is a growing boutique litigation law firm in prestigious Newport Beach, California. We represent franchisees worldwide in disputes, transactions, and everything in between. Our litigation team handles complex legal matters in arbitration and in state and federal court.

About You

You are a new Junior Attorney looking for the right fit. You are responsive, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious with strong interpersonal skills, and not interested in the traditional law firm grind. This role offers significant client interaction, providing you with the opportunity to build relationships, understand client needs, deliver customized legal solutions, and make a direct impact on the individual.

$125,000 - $135,000 yearly + Production bonus + Origination bonus

• Independently handle transactional and pre-lawsuit dispute matters from start to finish

• Identify claims and help clients navigate their options

• Draft demand letters and settlement agreements

• Effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel

• Set and manage client expectations

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• 1+ year experience

• Good standing with the California Bar Association

• History of being deadline-driven and organized

• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Utilize independent problem-solving skills

• Insatiable desire to learn

• Experience using AI is a plus (Lexis Shepard, RealityCheck, Claude)
