You must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Much of the firm's client base in Osceola County is Spanish-speaking, and being able to speak with clients in their native language is a big part of how the firm earned its reputation.

Earnings have no upper limit for a driven attorney. • Perform legal research across a range of issues within the practice area

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Support case preparation and ongoing case management

• Advocate for clients at court hearings and in negotiations

• Keep current on new and changing laws and regulations

• Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters

• Be able and willing to travel to courthouses across Central Florida as your caseload requires

• Have strong proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
• 2-3 years of experience litigating family law cases
• Experience working in a law office setting
• Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Evidence
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required!
