In this role, the Assistant Store Manager will be leading the retail team at a specific retail store and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will help foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie, with communication being at the forefront of team building. You will oversee sales, security, compliance, and cash management procedures related to operating the retail store.

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
• Oversee daily operations in support of the GM, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow that meets our high standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve store targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, safeguarding our reputation and integrity.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing shrinkage.
• Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, empowering your team to excel and innovate.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth in our services and offerings.

• Experience in Cannabis retail management with a focus on driving store performance and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Assistant Managers and Regional Managers.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, METRC, and inventory control systems for efficient operations.
• Capability to analyze sales data and create actionable reports to enhance store performance.
• Experience in handling customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty retention.
