We're intentionally building future Property Managers.

Successful Assistant Property Managers have the opportunity to advance into Property Manager positions with significantly higher earning potential and leadership responsibilities.

If you're looking for a company where you can grow over the next several years instead of staying in the same position, we'd love to talk with you.

You'll work directly alongside one of our Property Managers to oversee approximately 300-350 residential homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Build positive relationships with residents
• Coordinate lease renewals
• Communicate with owners and residents
• Coordinate maintenance requests
• Schedule vendors and inspections
• Process move-ins and move-outs
• Prepare lease documents
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio
• Help create an exceptional resident experience

Property management experience is helpful but not required.

Customer service, hospitality, banking, real estate, apartment management, and administrative experience are all valuable backgrounds.
