Lead safety planning and efforts, following PCC's safety culture, practices, and procedures; prepare safety submittals and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Ability to travel between job sites; this role requires regular interaction with the field, in the field.
Financial & Project Management
Prepare and submit accurate, timely progress billings and billing packages each month for projects at various locations.
Track and reconcile change order work, including converting time and material tickets into timely, accurate change orders; follow up on outstanding change orders and bill executed change orders.
Review vendor and subcontractor invoices weekly for accuracy — pricing, scopes of work, and supplemental documentation.
Support the estimating team and project managers by creating schedules of value for new projects, issuing purchase orders to suppliers, and issuing safety certifications and other documents to customers.
Train to prepare and review project budgets, evaluating historical production rates against actuals to guide project teams.
Handle conditional lien waivers, affidavits, benefit letters, and close-out documents for both project setup and close-out packages.
Leadership & Growth
Provide a vision and path to achieve long-term goals; set and manage goals and expectations, mentoring others to achieve them.
