  • Lead and coordinate construction cleaning crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Manage job sites with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align cleaning schedules with construction timelines.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for each project.
  • Address staffing needs by scheduling and supervising team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
  • Implement and uphold company standards and procedures to maintain our spotless reputation in the industry.
  • High school diploma required; a minimum of 1 year of construction or related experience is a plus.

  • Strong math and/or financial skills.

  • Proven ability to provide a vision and path to achieve long-term goals.

  • Experience with Monday.com and Knowify is a plus.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

  • Track record of setting and managing goals and expectations.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed.

Compensation

$70,000 - $75,000
