Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Take part in regular meetings to review store performance and help develop improvement strategies
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for employees and customers
Take appropriate disciplinary actions to maintain high standards of conduct and performance
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to help maintain effective store operations and team success
Monitor and mitigate potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate team members and ensure accountability
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent required, or the ability to obtain one through The Excel Center
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and management
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction

Compensation

$17 hourly
