Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

Foster collaboration across departments to meet store objectives and improve operational efficiency
Support in creating and executing corrective action plans to resolve operational concerns
Participate in regular meetings to review store performance and contribute to improvement strategies
Enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers
Recruit, hire, and train team members to build a competent, diverse, and motivated workforce

Qualifications

Experience fostering a positive and productive work environment
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for travel between job sites
Solid customer service abilities, including resolving concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center
Proven supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable

Compensation

$17 hourly
