• Lead and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming member experience.
• Oversee daily club operations, ensuring a clean, safe, friendly, and motivating environment.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage and efficient daily operations.
• Support club sales goals by driving memberships, referrals, and member engagement.
• Build strong relationships with members and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and maintenance needs and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Hold team members accountable to company expectations, policies, and standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute operational plans and support overall club growth.

• Experience supporting or managing daily operations in a fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service environment.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while creating a positive and inclusive culture.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage schedules and daily priorities.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to support membership goals, referrals, and overall club performance.
• Ability to create a welcoming member experience and build strong relationships with members.
• Understanding of cleanliness, health, safety, and facility standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members.
