Compensation:
- Base salary: $80,000-$85,000

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
- Identify partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and market reach.
- Create referral relationships with local professionals and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
- Track business development activity through CRM systems and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to launch new initiatives and expansion efforts.
- Represent Keller Williams Professionals with professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the community.
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development or outside sales experience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a geographic territory.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused.
Compensation
