Job Title: Appointment Setter & Scheduler

Location: Remote

Job Type: Part-Time to Full-Time

Rate: $5/hr

This job is Remote in the Philippines.

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments
• Manage therapists' availability and update calendars accordingly
• Ensure appointment slots are optimized for efficiency
• Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce cancellations and no-shows

Client Communication & Support

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding appointment availability
• Provide clear instructions for telehealth sessions and answer basic client questions
• Assist clients with troubleshooting scheduling issues

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and cancellations
• Track appointment trends and suggest improvements to scheduling processes
• Coordinate with the billing team regarding appointment-related concerns

• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in healthcare or mental health scheduling is a plus

• EMR experience is a plus

• Spanish-speaking is not required, but is a plus
