As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the forefront, engaging directly with homeowners to introduce the benefits of solar energy. You’ll play a key role in scheduling appointments for our Solar Consultants, helping families lower their electric bills and increase home value.

With a competitive hourly rate of $20- $22, plus commissions, this role offers you the chance to thrive in a supportive, fun, and professional setting. • Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned communities.
• Explain solar incentives and basic program benefits.
• Collect homeowner information to set qualified appointments.
• Represent Semper SolR professionally and confidently.
• Attend trainings and follow a proven conversation system.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Comfortable engaging with homeowners in a face-to-face setting.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups.
• Confidence in representing Semper SolR with professionalism and enthusiasm.
