At Abbruzzese Floors Inc., we install premium one-day garage floors for homeowners across Long Island. We're family-owned, fully insured, with 20+ years of commercial flooring experience in NYC. We’re growing fast and need a sharp, aggressive phone operator who loves working a list and doesn’t let leads slip.

Role overview

Your one job:
Turn every hand raise into a booked, confirmed in-home estimate.

You’ll call, text, and follow up with homeowners who requested info from our ads, website, or Google. No cold calling. Every contact has raised their hand about a garage floor.

What you’ll do

• Call all new leads quickly and follow our short qualification script

• Ask a few simple questions about their garage and schedule the in-home design visit

• Run a follow-up cadence on open opportunities

• Send and confirm appointment reminders (calls and texts)

• Log every touchpoint and outcome in our CRM

• Hit daily/weekly targets for:

  • Calls placed and total touchpoints

  • Response time to new leads

  • Show rate for booked appointments

  • Follow-up completion %

You’re a fit if

• You’re comfortable making 30–40+ calls per shift and 60–80 total touchpoints/day (calls + texts)

• You like structure, scripts, and clear scoreboards

• You’re direct, polite, and don’t get flustered when people are short on the phone

• You follow instructions exactly and enjoy checking every box on a process

• You show up. On time. Every shift.

Nice-to-haves

• Past experience in: call center, CSR, appointment setting, inside sales, or home services

• Familiar with any CRM

Schedule & pay

• Part-time: about 20 hours per week (with opportunity for full-time for the right candidate)

• Typical schedule: 4-hour shifts, 5 days per week (4 pm-8 pm M-F and Saturdays required 8 am- 4 pm)

• $20-$22/hour + performance incentives, with clear performance targets and room to grow as we scale
