Warm leads come in from our advertising every week. Homeowners find us, fill out a form, and then life gets in the way, and they go quiet. Your job is to be the friendly voice that gets them back. You call them fast, you keep after the ones who disappear, you build a little rapport, and you get a time on the calendar so one of us can come out and take a look.

You'll talk to 30 or 40 people a shift. Some are excited, some are busy, some forgot they ever called us. That variety is the fun part.

You are not the closer. You never have to pressure anybody or talk price. You set the appointment and hand it off. We'll give you the words, and you'll make them sound like you within a week.

• Call and text brand new leads while they're still excited about their garage floor

• Circle back with homeowners who didn't pick up the first time, or the fifth time

• Check in on people who got a quote and went quiet

• Confirm upcoming appointments

• Hand off hot leads to our sales team the moment someone's ready

• Log each conversation in our CRM

• You genuinely like people, and it comes through on the phone

• Someone being short with you rolls right off your back

• You'd rather have a conversation than sit quietly at a desk

• Comfortable working afternoons, early evenings, and one weekend day, because that's when homeowners pick up

• Reliable. You show up for your shift when you said you would

• No coating or construction experience needed. Appointment setting, inside sales, front desk, restaurants, or retail all count

• Basic comfort with a computer and a phone. We'll teach you our system
