To be part of our community, you’ll need at least two years of experience working with children, a reliable vehicle, CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it), and a clean background check. • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks

• Implement daily routines such as pick-ups, driving to activities, outdoor play, and homework help
• Maintain a clean and organized environment

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's schedule, needs, etc
• Support children with special needs or disabilities as required
• Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that encourages growth and development

• Experience with children across various age groups
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents effectively
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as caregiving, light cleaning, and meal preparation
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Experience working as a nanny or in a school setting is highly desirable
