The Junell Realty Group, a top-performing team at Keller Williams Realty serving Northern Nevada since 2016, is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant / Client Care Coordinator to become an essential part of our team.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, supporting our agents and clients through every step of the home buying and selling journey. You'll manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, keep clients informed and excited, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This position reports directly to the Team Owner/Lead Agent and offers a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding plan to set you up for success from day one.

About the role: This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking someone with at least 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. A real estate license is preferred, or you should be motivated to become licensed within your first 6 months (we'll support you in this process).

  • Executive Assistant – deeper involvement in the daily operations of the team owners

  • Director of Operations – oversee systems, processes, and team-wide operations as we continue to grow

  • Licensed Agent – transition into a sales role with full team support for licensing and training

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

Location: South Reno.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000/year (salaried), based on experience

  • Be the first point of contact for handling phone inquiries

  • Prepare agent materials for client consultations

  • Schedule service providers on behalf of team members and clients

  • Communicate weekly with active clients, providing updates and what they can expect next

  • Confirm client consultation appointments on behalf of agents

  • Provide administrative support to executive assistant & move manager

  • Make outbound reminders and follow-up calls to monthly seminar attendees

  • Coordinate with sellers to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning

  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all systems and processes

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a demanding and challenging environment

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook/Email, Google Workspace, and Canva is required

  • Experience with Brivity (CRM), FlexMLS, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Wrike is a plus, but not required, given our emphasis on quick learning and adaptability

  • Excellent grammatical, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Administrative training in business and office administration

  • Ability to make solid business decisions, problem-solve, and operate in a highly dynamic work environment

  • Proven ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality and objectivity

  • Ability to work in a team setting and present oneself professionally with internal and external clients

  • Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little or no supervision

  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues

  • Willingness to adopt AI in your daily work

  • High school graduate; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Real estate license preferred or willing to obtain within your first 6 months

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
