Description
Experienced Front Office Receptionist & File Clerk
Client-Focused Personal Injury Law Firm — Feasterville-Trevose, PA
Not every front desk position is the same.
At Fighting For People Injury Law of Pollack Law, LLC, the front office is where trust begins. Clients often come to us after an accident, injury, or difficult life disruption. They may be overwhelmed, frustrated, in pain, or unsure where to turn.
That means the person at our front desk matters.
This is not a “just answer the phones” position.
The Role
You will be the first voice many clients hear and the first face they see when they contact our firm.
Your job will be to make clients and visitors feel welcomed, heard, respected, and cared for - while also helping our legal team stay organized and run smoothly. This role includes answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, filing, scanning, copying, maintaining documents, basic computer work, and general office support.
The right person will take ownership of the front office and treat the details as important — because in a law firm, they are.
If you are warm, professional, organized, reliable, computer-comfortable, and proud of doing excellent work, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities

- Save, print, scan, email, and organize documents
- Assist with basic office projects and administrative tasks
- Learn firm systems and procedures over time
Growth Opportunity: For the right person, this position may grow into additional responsibilities, such as assisting with client intake, case management tasks, medical record organization, document follow-up, and other legal support work. We are happy to train the right person who has the right attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist, front office, administrative, filing, or professional office experience preferred
- 2+ years of similar experience preferred

- Prior law office, medical office, insurance office, or professional services experience is a plus

Legal experience is helpful but not required for the right person. We care more about reliability, intelligence, warmth, organization, computer comfort, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
For an exceptional candidate with strong front office, legal office, medical office, administrative, or computer experience, compensation may be discussed based on qualifications and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
Who We Want
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong phone skills and a pleasant, professional manner

This is a great position for someone who has worked as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, file clerk, administrative assistant, legal assistant, medical office assistant, chiropractic office assistant, insurance office assistant, or professional office assistant.
