Vida Integrated Health is seeking a motivated, team-oriented Acupuncturist to join our Bellevue clinic.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized acupuncture treatment plans

• Provide acupuncture and appropriate adjunctive therapies within your scope of practice

• Educate patients regarding their treatment plans and expected outcomes

• Monitor patient progress and modify care when appropriate

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate and collaborate with other Vida providers regarding patient care

• Build your patient base and grow your practice

• Contribute positively to the culture and performance of the clinic

Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, trigger points, and/or using electroacupuncture is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000–$100,000+ depending on experience and performance, plus a collections-based bonus that rewards clinicians as they build their practice and patient volume.

Some established Vida acupuncturists with approximately 2-3 years on our team currently earn $120,000–$140,000 annually in total compensation. Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Schedule

Full-time: 3, 4, or 5 days per week

• Deliver personalized acupuncture treatments to patients, ensuring a holistic approach to their health and wellness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and other integrative health practices, fostering a deeper understanding of their health journey.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care within the team.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in integrative health.

• Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment by actively engaging with colleagues and patients alike.

• Assist in the development and implementation of clinic-wide wellness programs, enhancing the overall patient experience and outcomes.

• Minimum of one year of clinical acupuncture experience.

• Graduate of an accredited acupuncture or acupuncture and Eastern medicine program.

• Current Washington acupuncture license or ability to obtain Washington licensure prior to beginning clinical practice.

• Applicable national examination and certification requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
