New Fresh Investments is a highly successful real estate investment firm focusing on residential fix-and-flip and rental properties in Southern California and has years of experience investing in SoCal Real Estate. We plan to increase our volume and are seeking an enthusiastic and driven A Player who wants to contribute and grow with a real estate investment company in San Diego. WE WANT TO WORK WITH CLOSERS!

COMPENSATION: $120,000+. This position includes a base rate plus profit share, so there is high earning potential

As a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you will:

• Source and acquire value-add properties for renovation, primarily in Coastal North County San Diego and South Orange County.
• Prospect and maintain new agent and seller relationships.
• Generate leads through multiple strategies, including inbound and outbound calling.
• Analyze properties accurately and responsibly.
• Formulate rough renovation budgets to make buying decisions.
• Make offers and negotiate with homeowners and Realtors.
• Procure contracts on high-margin deals.
• Assist in process improvements and innovation.
• Assist in formulating and implementing marketing and lead generation processes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, with a passion for closing deals.
• Cold-Calling Experience: Essential experience in cold-calling to generate leads and build relationships.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Impeccable follow-up skills and acute attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Efficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
• Location: Must be local to Southern CA. Orange or San Diego counties are preferred.
