We are looking for an experienced automotive accounting clerk. Must have worked in an AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP accounting office for at least 5 years as an accounts payable clerk, biller, or warranty cancellation clerk. Experience in all three is the trifecta.

IF YOU HAVE NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE!

This is a fully remote role, full-time position, which means we will be highly selective in choosing the right candidate.

You must exhibit a strong knowledge of the dealership accounting office processes. The best candidates will be detail-oriented, have the ability to think and question if invoices or deals do not make sense, and be capable of communicating any issues in a professional manner to those you are assigned to work with.

• Dealertrack DMS experience
• Clear understanding of a chart of accounts
• 5 years of automotive a/p or biller experience (required)
