Brand Command is looking for an organized, proactive Account Manager to join our team in Apple Valley.

We specialize in commercial vehicle wraps and fleet branding, helping businesses turn their vehicles into powerful marketing assets. Our projects move through sales, design, production, and installation—and the Account Manager is the person responsible for keeping the client informed and the project moving through that entire process.

This is not a passive customer-service position.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates extremely well, notices when something isn’t moving, and naturally follows through until it’s handled.

• Managing communication with active clients

• Providing proactive project updates

• Coordinating projects between clients, designers, production, and installers

• Tracking projects through each stage of our workflow

• Gathering missing information, files, feedback, and approvals

• Coordinating design revisions and client approvals

• Monitoring production and upcoming installation deadlines

• Helping ensure projects are ready before their scheduled installation

• Coordinating installation updates and vehicle completion

• Inspecting completed projects against approved artwork

• Managing corrections or reprints through final resolution

• Maintaining accurate project and client information in our systems

• Building relationships with existing Brand Command customers

• Identifying potential problems before they affect the client or deadline

• Are highly organized without needing someone constantly reminding you what to do

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Respond quickly and follow through

• Enjoy working directly with customers

• Can manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously

• Naturally notice when something is falling behind
