Responsibilities
  • Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
  • Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needs assessment (fact finding conversation) and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes
  • Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative, servant leader approach
Qualifications
  • Driven to earn more than $100,000
  • SC real estate license or willing to get one
  • Works well in a self-directed manner
  • Aptitude for learning



Compensation
$100,000 guaranteed or we pay the difference
