Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.

  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and vision.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip team members with essential industry knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business development.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to enhance team performance and individual growth.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000/year
