Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience for guests
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing clear and helpful information to enhance their stay
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area
  • Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist in coordinating guest services, such as transportation and special accommodations, to meet individual needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions and services to offer personalized recommendations to guests

  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities efficiently
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Position Details:

  • Full-time, 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with hotel property management systems, such as FOSSE, is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in hotel systems and brand standards


Compensation

$14 - $15/hour
